What kind of model do you want to be?

New models need to come up with a game plan and decide what kind of model and desired results are they looking for?

Remember, modeling is not about who you are but who you become. ALWAYS talk and discuss your photo shoots with your photographer prior to your shoot. There are few few few photographers worth your time and if your photographer doesn’t want to discuss your outfits, how to wear your hair, makeup to nails you know you got the bottom tier. If your photographer or a model says they are PUBLISHED your talking about low IQ, no self esteem, and no proactive work ethic for every tog above 2 years old, knows models and togs would never say they are published and the professional photography associations around the world all agree in eluding the two majors in the US.

One of the first things BEFORE you model is find our the purpose of a model image. No posing bullshit courses and the 40 or so we saw on Instagram are all what NOT to do. We saw a local model going on tv showing how to pose but it was HOW NOT TO POSE. Total joke. The last thing you want is your hands overtake your image distracting and blocking your body!

Who are you and who do you want to become? Watch the Arnold’s 6rules of success. We shot to those rules long before Arnold put them out but Arnold also added a great 6th rule. GIVE BACK.

We have shot about 7600 models but only around 3600 of our own models. We are second to none on intelligence and common sense. Our family goes way back to the found fathers with several genius types but common sense is so important. At 3 years old we knew how to shoot. So much to learn for lighting and such but posing and knowing what to where once seeing an image is all obvious to us. Blessed with being at the top of the food chain our entire life. The photographer you choose needs to be asked a few questions about their background unrelated to their photography. Have the helped any models become successful or famous? Can they tell you they can help you become successful if you do your part. No matter how good we are a model needs to be proactive for modeling is about you. You will be out in the limelight but you should also totally discuss what kind of shoot you will be doing so there are never any surprises. We have shot over 3000 models nude but we never asked any non nude model to shoot nudes unless they suggested an interest and then one model wanted to be coached on modeling income  so I reviewed nude modeling with both parents prior so all are on the same page. New modeling makes almost all you shot useless once you gain that confidence but do not rush into nude modeling unless you are totally comfortable and YOU suggest it or have already done nudes. Then learn how to make a career and never shoot just nudes. Shoot tons of themes and showcase your personality to learning chit chat on short video clips. Make modeling a fun experience!

So during your early shoots be proactive prior to discuss the best outfits, etc. Models do not wear bras so perhaps modeling isn’t your gig. A photographer ok with bras is a tog you don’t want to work with if you want even a slight amount of success. The reasons are obvious. as obvious gets.

DO NOT submit to a model agency until you have a full portfolio with professional images shot professionally and outfits without creases and wrinkles. Full eyebrows, healthy hair with olive oil treatment and all dye jobs up to date with human looking tones. You need to have a natural look for the best chance of success. Makeup is critical and no foundation looking like a clowns face. As you re reading there is alot to modeling and what to wear, how to pose so finding a pro like ourselves makes modeling so easy and relaxing.

Models never want bangs. A disaster for pro modeling images for so many reasons. If you have bangs, shoot with bangs and your photographers said nothing about growing them out, to never having a belly button ring and when and when not wear rings tells you if you have the preschooler tog. The easy way out is to be proactive and study away on the internet and understand much of what you watch and read is total bullshit but if you have the gift to be a model with common sense then all is well. Books on posing makes no sense if you understand modeling! Again, books on posing make no sense if you understand modeling.
